SHIPPING

All orders are sent using Australia Post, and include tracking.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Because Inland Brands is located in a remote area of Australia, shipping will take approximately 4-7 days longer than average regional shipping times in Australia.
Items are shipped from the Oodnadatta Post Office, in far northern South Australia. Pickups and deliveries occur from this location twice per week, on Tuesday and Thursday.
At times road closures occur due to rain, which usually means a delay of a week or so.
Most orders are packed within 24 hours, so that they are ready for the next scheduled Australia Post pickup. There are occasional exceptions.
  • Orders received by 6pm Sunday, are received by Australia Post Tuesday.
  • Orders received by 6am Wednesday, are received by Australia Post Thursday.

CTTF is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes in relation to international shipping.

VERY IMPORTANT: DUE TO THE RECENTLY  CHANGING ARRANGEMENTS THE UNITED STATES HAS WITH  OTHER COUNTRIES, REGARDING IMPORT TARIFFS, IT’S IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS UNDERSTAND THIS MAY AFFECT THEM  IN THE FORM OF DUTIES TO BE PAID PRIOR TO RELEASING YOUR ITEM.
Your local carrier is in charge of releasing the items and collecting any duties. Inland Brands cannot be held responsible for the constantly changing rules regarding recently changed tariffs. As at May 2025, tariff charges are still undergoing changes which can unfortunately take affect whilst your order is in transit. We understand how difficult this is for US customers, and we empathise. We are working to find ways to manufacture goods to avoid the tariffs imposed on US citizens for purchasing goods manufactured from ‘non favourable’ countries, however the actions towards tariffs have been swift, and there will be a lag in manufacturing changes, especially considering it is difficult to predict whether the changes implemented are likely to be permanent, or will be reversed.
